We discuss underwriting changes, new products, and other topics relevant to the agency. By working together, we provide excellent customer service which is our Number 1 goal. | Kim founded Heritage Insurance Group in 1986. She serves as a member of Travelers Pennsylvania Agents Council and has been an Elite Agency with the company since 1998. Also, she is a member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Lehigh Valley, serving as a member of the community service team. |
