ATTENTION
Residents of
South Whitehall Township

Effective January 1, 2007, the township will cease reimbursement for water back-up and sump discharge or overflow claims. The township historically has authorized reimbursement for property damage resulting from a sewer back-up if there was clear evidence that a problem in the Township Authority's main sewer line caused the malfunction.

South Whitehall township is now provided immunity granted by The Pennsylvania Political Subdivision Tort Claims Act. This reimbursement is not covered by the Authority's insurance and the payment for damages results in the expenditure of significant funds from the sewer system operating budget. If you live in South Whitehall township, we strongly recommend that you add water back up and sump discharge or overflow to your policy. This coverage is not provided under the standard policy unless this endorsement is added. Call our office for a quote on this additional coverage.

Are you shopping for car insurance? We have several companies that we can quote to find you the best coverage at a competitive price. Combine this with other discounts such as multi-policy, homeowners, driver training, and anti-theft. Traveler's now offers a 10 percent discount on car insurance to hybrid vehicle owners in the United States. Traveler's is the first insurance company to begin implementing a discount for hybrid owners nationwide.

You may be purchasing a condominium and need coverage for your unit. Our policy will provide coverage for the alterations, appliances, fixtures and improvements which are part of the building contained within the residence premises as well as your personal property.

Are you buying an investment property that will be tenant occupied or vacant? We can insure these risks as well. We have several carriers that can write this type of occupancy.

Did you buy that seasonal vacation home in Pennsylvania? We have a market for you! Also, if you are building a home, we can insure the dwelling for the completion value while it is under construction.

If you are buying or are building a home with a replacement cost of $250,000 or more, you may be eligible for a High Value Homeowners Policy. This policy provides more comprehensive coverage and includes items such as backup of sewers and drains coverage, identity theft coverage, all risk on contents, and an increase of special limits of liability for personal property.

We provide Flood Insurance whether your lending institution is requiring this policy or you just want the piece of mind. The dwelling can be insured as well as the contents.

Our agency portfolio also includes financial services such as Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care insurance.

Life Insurance is an essential part of your protection package which is usually overlooked. Are you buying a home with a higher mortgage than you presently have? Are you having another child? Did you purchase an additional automobile or an investment property? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need more life insurance!

Remember, life insurance is designed to protect the survivors, the people you love and want to take care of. It is to ensure that they can maintain the same lifestyle they are accustomed to. Don’t leave them with debt. Make sure there will be enough money to send your children to college if this is a family goal.

We represent many financially sound companies and can customize a plan for you and your family. Our rates are competitive.
